1. Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of our digital products (downloadable files and online-access resources), all sales are final. Once access has been granted or a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
2. No Refunds After Access
You acknowledge that by completing a purchase, you gain immediate access to the digital product. As a result, you waive your right to request a refund under laws applicable to digital content purchases.
3. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund under the following circumstances:
- The product was not delivered or failed to download due to a technical error
- The product was clearly defective or not as described
